Every project starts with a free on-site survey so we can take accurate measurements of your existing space. From there we produce a full set of plans and a 3D visualisation, allowing you to see and refine the design before any work begins. Once you're happy, we move into installation — handled entirely by our in-house team.
We are an authorised supplier for nine world-leading manufacturers: Villeroy & Boch, Duravit, AXOR, Hansgrohe, Laufen, Keuco, Matki, Victoria & Albert and HiB. This means we can specify the very best sanitaryware, brassware, furniture, shower enclosures, lighting and accessories — and we know each collection inside out.
Yes — completely. We have in-house specialists in all six key bathroom trades: plumbing, electrical, tiling, plastering, joinery and decorating. There's no subcontracting and no chasing different companies. One project manager looks after your bathroom from first design meeting to final hand-over.
Our showroom is at Camsey House, Foxoak Park, Common Road, Dunnington, York YO19 5RZ — about five minutes from the Hull Road roundabout, just off the A1079. We're open Monday to Friday 9:30am–4:00pm and Saturday 10:00am–4:00pm. Sunday and out-of-hours appointments are available on request.
Most full refits take between two and four weeks on site, depending on the scope of structural and joinery work. Because all six trades are managed in-house, we can sequence tightly — there are no idle days waiting for a subcontractor to return.
